Car Things LTD will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 6 months of receipt of items from the ORIGINAL purchaser of our products & We now offer an exclusive 24-Month pre-preg/dry carbon fibre warranty with all new pre-preg/dry carbon fibre product purchases after 15/11/2023.
Warranty Conditions (1-Year)
Please make sure that ALL of the following conditions are met:
- A CT fitting partner has fitted the product(s) correctly to your vehicle.
- The claimed fault is a manufacturer defect, rather than damage caused by ill-fitting.
- The defect hasn’t been caused due to previous damage (stone chips, scrapes, accidents etc).
- The product in question is a genuine CT Carbon, CT Design or CT BLAK item.
- You are the ORIGINAL purchaser of any item; we CANNOT honour warranty on products that have changed hands (For example purchasing a vehicle with our kit pre-fitted)
Warranty Conditions (24-Month)
Please make sure that ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The product(s) have been fitted correctly to your vehicle by a CT fitting partner or at CT Carbon HQ
- The claimed fault is a manufacturer defect, rather than damage caused by ill-fitting.
- The defect hasn’t been caused as a result of previous damage (stone chips, scrapes, accidents etc).
- The product in question is a genuine CT Carbon item.
- You are the ORIGINAL purchaser/ Buyer of any item.
If your pre-preg carbon fibre product was not fitted by a fitting partner or at CT HQ then we unfortunately cannot approve warranty claims.
Warranty Returns
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping if we do not send a return label; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Car Things LTD to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) Refund to your payment method
(b) A refund in store credit
(c) A Replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
