I ordered these rear bumper corners and was shocked by their condition upon arrival. In the initial shipment, both the left and right corner pieces arrived damaged. The left piece had a broken plastic clip and missing paint, while the right had paint specks and a broken clip. What's particularly concerning is that these plastic clips appear quite strong and not easily breakable, suggesting either extremely rough handling during shipping or a serious defect in packaging or both.

The frustration didn't end there. After reporting the damage and going through a lengthy process with CT Carbon's customer service (which involved significant delays and constant chasing), replacement parts were finally sent. However, to my absolute dismay, the first replacement shipment also contained a damaged rear corner piece, again with missing clips.

This pattern of receiving damaged parts has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. From what I recall, the package currently on its way to me is either the third or even fourth attempt to receive an undamaged set of these rear bumper corners. This clearly indicates a persistent and severe issue with how these parts are handled or, more likely, a consistently inadequate packaging method that utterly fails to protect the items during transit.

It is absolutely unacceptable to have to go through multiple rounds of replacements, with parts consistently arriving broken. Be prepared for a prolonged and incredibly frustrating battle to get a full, undamaged set if you order these parts from CT Carbon.
