Am I Charged VAT For My Order?
For our customers in the United Kingdom, yes. 20% VAT is included in our pricing.
Regarding our International customers, no VAT is charged when you check out. The reason for this is when your order arrives within your own country, your local government will charge you import dutes/taxes separately.
How Do I Get A VAT Invoice/Receipt?
When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. Within this e-mail is a link to download your invoice which will contain all the information needed.

Can I Finance My Order?
We do accept forms of finance here at CT which are available payment options at checkout including Klarna & if you are eligible, PayPal Credit.
We also offer Kandoo Finance with 0% interest over 12 months
How Can I Amend Or Cancel My Order?
Habitat has created a universal sizing system that aims to provide a unique reference for all countries. You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide that provides a conversion table to all major country size systems.

Will Your Products Affect My Vehicle Warranty?
Some modifications will affect the warranty of your vehicle and some will not.
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm if any of our products will affect your warranty as companies will have their own policies. We would advise speaking to your warranty/finance company or your dealership regarding these questions.

What Is Your Returns Policy?
But when you do return something to us, there are certain criteria which MUST be met before we accept your return request.
- The product must be unused/not fitted
- Must be in the same condition in which you received it
- Returned in the original packaging
There are some cases in which only partial refunds are granted.
- Any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
Once we have received the item, it will take up to 48 hours for the team to check over the item, once the refund is processed, it will take 3-5 days to reach your account (PayPal takes 7 days to reach your account).
How Do I Return My Order?

Can I Have My Order Delivered To A Service Point?
Unfortunately NOT Service points will typically not accept parcels of a large size which means we do not recommend using them for delivery of your items.
Why Do I Need To Pay Customs/ Import Duties In My Country If I've Paid Shipping Charges?
Due to no longer being in the EU since Brexit, we do not charge VAT when you check out on our website. This will instead be a customs/import duties bill which is from your local government when your order arrives. We do not dictate these fees.
